福地福人居，福人居福地，禹洲-满江墅的独特之处则是，它立足于福州的最后一块内湖外江资源宝地。藏风聚气，得水为上，可称福地洞天。

基地位于福州仓山区三江口组团，该区域水资源丰富，设计包含部分已建成区域改造，力求在不影响其原有土建的基础上，营造本项目的主题亮点。

《诗格》中谈物境一词：“欲为山水诗，则张泉石云峰之境极丽艳秀者，神之于心，处身于境……”，设计借王希孟唯一存世名作——《千里江山图》盛景，构建此次江山如画之物境。

总体设计
MASTERPLAN
设计分为两个部分。
前场设计提取《千里江山图》群山画面，构建多样创新的山形构筑物，拔地而起的主峰、延绵起伏的背景山峦，共同成为贯穿场地的精神IP，寓意可品人生繁华百态。

“三重门”衔接前场和后场，设计形式来自古人对“门”的独到诠释，象征地位与成就。后场为别墅区的入户，以石、鹿、茶为主题，阐述其美好寓意。

在狭长的m车行流线上，布置“跃然于眼前”、“四面揽湖光”、“仿佛若有光”前三景。展示区人行流线利用空间的曲折变幻，塑造“三重门”、及“石隐苑”、“鹿隐苑”、“茶隐苑”后三景。共同构成了本次设计的展示流线。

前场方案设计
FRONTCOURTDESIGN
「跃然于眼前」
入口设计精炼《千里江山图》山形关系，以几百根弧形不锈钢杆件组合打造线状山形，以白青蓝三色，还原图画所用稀缺矿彩：千年砗磲、石绿宝石、石青宝石色彩，构成跃然于眼前的恢宏起笔。
